Dachi (Stances)          
Heisoku Dachi:   Heels together, Closed stance      
Musubi Dachi:   Heels together, Open toed stance      
Namiheiko Dachi:   Parallel Stance, Feet Hip Wide      
Uchihachi Dachi:   Letter eight stance Feet hip wide toes inward      
Sotohachiji Dachi:   Letter eight stance, Feet hip wide toes outward      
Shiko Dachi:   Sumo Stance      
Heiko Dachi:   Walking Stance      
Renoji Dachi:   Letter "V" stance      
Zenkutsu Dachi:   Front Stance      
Kokutsu Dachi:   Back Stance      
Neko Ashi Dachi:   Cat Foot Stance      
Kosa Dachi:   Cross Leg Stance      
           

Tsuki (Punches)

         
Seiken Tsuki:   Punch (first two knuckles)      
Tateken:   Vertical (fist turned 90 degrees)      
Uraken Tsuki:   Inverted Punch      
Age Tsuki:   Rising Thrust (upper cut)      
Furi Tsuki:   Round House      
Wa Tsuki:   Two Arm Circle Thrust      
Morote Tsuki:   Two Fisted Punch      
Hiraken Tsuki:   Flat Knuckle Thrust (leopard punch)      
Nukite   Gauge
